The Professional PET Strapping Kit is a practical solution for businesses that require a mobile and efficient way to secure pallets, boxes and other transported loads using PET strapping. The kit combines a cordless strapping tool, PET strap, corner protectors and an additional battery.
At the heart of the kit is a cordless PP/PET strapping tool that performs strap tensioning, joining and cutting. The tool is suitable for PP and PET straps from 13–16 mm wide and 0.4–1.2 mm thick. Its adjustable tension force of 400–3200 N allows the strapping parameters to be adapted to different loads.
The kit includes one 15.5 × 0.7 mm × 1800 m roll of PET strapping, with dimensions that fall within the supported range of the strapping tool. The PET strap is designed for securing loads during storage and transportation and has a tensile strength of up to 430 kg.
The 40 mm plastic corner protectors are positioned between the strap and the edge of the load. They help distribute strap pressure and protect the edges of packaging or products during strapping. The kit includes 100 corner protectors.
The strapping tool is supplied with one 14.4 V / 4.0 Ah battery as standard, while this kit includes an additional battery with the same specification. The customer therefore receives 2 batteries in total – one can be used for operation while the second is kept ready as a replacement.
This kit combines the essential components required for professional PET strapping: a cordless strapping tool, one 1800 m roll of PET strapping, 100 plastic corner protectors and an additional battery.
The included 15.5 × 0.7 mm PET strap is compatible with the supported specifications of the strapping tool, eliminating the need to separately source a suitable strap. The corner protectors help protect load edges from pressure applied by the strap.
The additional battery is particularly useful for more intensive operations. Since one 14.4 V / 4.0 Ah battery is already supplied with the strapping tool as standard, the additional battery means the complete kit provides 2 batteries in total.
