Warranty service

All products purchased from the “8boxes.lt” online store are covered by a manufacturer’s or seller’s warranty in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the warranty conditions established by the manufacturer.


Warranty Service Procedure

When purchasing packaging equipment, tools or other products, customers must retain:

  • the VAT invoice or other proof of purchase;
  • the warranty certificate, if provided by the manufacturer.

If a product develops a fault or starts operating improperly, such as:

  • unusual noises,
  • vibrations,
  • reduced performance,
  • mechanical malfunctions,

we recommend contacting warranty service as soon as possible.


Delivering Products for Warranty Service

Products submitted for warranty service must be:

  • clean,
  • securely packaged,
  • supplied with as many original accessories/components as possible.

Original packaging is not required.

Products may be:

  • delivered directly,
  • shipped via courier services.

Please include:

  • a description of the fault,
  • order number or proof of purchase,
  • contact information.

Warranty Service Timeframes

Estimated warranty service timeframes:

  • 14–21 business days from the date the product is delivered to the service centre;
  • 40–75 business days if replacement parts must be ordered from abroad.

In all cases, we aim to complete warranty service as quickly as possible.


Warranty Coverage

For private individuals, the following warranties apply:

  • Electrical, battery-powered and packaging equipment products are covered by a 24-month manufacturer warranty;
  • Some manufacturers may offer extended warranties;
  • Accessories, hand tools and related equipment may be covered against manufacturing or assembly defects.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not apply if:

  • the product has mechanical damage;
  • signs of disassembly or unauthorized repair are detected;
  • the product has been used improperly or not according to its intended purpose;
  • the malfunction was caused by incorrect use;
  • serial numbers or identification labels are damaged;
  • non-original accessories or consumables were used;
  • faults occurred due to:
    • moisture,
    • liquids,
    • voltage fluctuations,
    • environmental conditions,
    • force majeure circumstances;
  • the product is submitted without proof of purchase.

The warranty also does not apply to naturally wearing parts such as:

  • batteries,
  • cables,
  • connectors,
  • holders,
  • belts,
  • blades,
  • consumables.

Important Information

  • Warranty periods for repaired or replaced products are calculated from the original purchase date.
  • The warranty period is extended for the period during which the customer could not use the product due to a warranty fault.
  • All costs related to transporting products to and from the service centre are covered by the customer unless stated otherwise.

The warranty provided by the Seller does not limit consumer rights established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
