Terms and Conditions

By purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Sale. Please read these terms carefully and contact us using our general support phone number if you have any questions.

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions of the online store (hereinafter – the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding document for the Buyer and the Seller (hereinafter – the “Seller”), defining the rights and obligations of the Parties.

1.2. The Seller reserves the right to modify, amend or supplement these Terms at any time. Buyers will be informed about changes to the Terms on the online store website.


2. Formation of the Purchase-Sale Agreement

2.1. A purchase-sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer creates and submits an order in the online store after reviewing these Terms.


3. Seller’s Rights

3.1. In the event of important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer.

3.2. If the Buyer attempts to harm the operation, stability or security of the online store or violates their obligations, the Seller has the right to restrict or suspend the Buyer’s access to the online store without prior notice.


4. Seller’s Obligations

4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with access to the online store services under the conditions set out in these Terms.

4.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods purchased by the Buyer using the delivery method selected by the Buyer in accordance with these Terms.

4.3. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered goods, the Seller has the right to terminate the purchase-sale agreement after informing the Buyer. The Seller may offer a similar product. If the Buyer refuses, the Seller undertakes to refund the amount paid within 3 business days.

4.4. If the Buyer exercises the right specified in Clause 5.2 of these Terms, the Seller undertakes to refund the Buyer within 5 (five) business days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.

4.5. The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are returned to the Seller or until the Buyer provides proof that the goods have been shipped back, whichever occurs first.


5. Buyer’s Rights

5.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store in accordance with these Terms.

5.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase-sale agreement concluded in the online store by notifying the Seller in writing no later than within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods.

5.3. The Buyer may exercise the right specified in Clause 5.2 only if the goods have not been damaged, their appearance has not substantially changed, and they have not been used.


6. Buyer’s Obligations

6.1. The Buyer must pay for the purchased goods and accept them in accordance with these Terms.

6.2. If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods upon delivery without valid reasons, the Buyer must compensate the Seller for the return shipping costs upon request.

6.3. Upon delivery, the Buyer must inspect the condition of the shipment and goods together with the Seller or courier.

6.4. By using the online store, the Buyer confirms agreement with these Terms and undertakes to comply with them.


7. Product Prices

7.1. Product prices in the online store are indicated in euros and include VAT. Delivery fees, if applicable, are added to the total order amount after order confirmation.


8. Ordering and Payment

8.1. The Buyer selects products in the online store and adds them to the shopping cart. After creating the shopping cart, the Buyer must provide personal information necessary for order fulfilment: name, surname, delivery address, phone number and any additional information relevant to delivery. The Buyer confirms that they have reviewed these Terms and submits the order.

8.2. Payments can be made via Swedbank, SEB and Luminor electronic banking systems. Payments are accepted in euros. Payments are processed through the Paysera payment system. Please note that account information and payment initiation services are provided by Paysera in accordance with their service terms and conditions. By proceeding with payment, you confirm your agreement to these services and their terms.


9. Delivery of Goods

9.1. The Buyer must provide an accurate delivery address when ordering goods.

9.2. The Buyer must personally accept the goods. If the Buyer is unable to do so but the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer may not raise claims regarding delivery to an inappropriate person.

9.3. Goods are delivered according to the delivery terms specified in the product descriptions.

9.4. The characteristics of all products sold are indicated in the product descriptions. The Seller is not responsible if the colour, shape or other parameters displayed in the online store differ from the actual products due to the characteristics of the Buyer’s monitor.

9.5. If the Buyer withdraws from the purchase-sale agreement, only the product price is refunded; delivery costs are non-refundable.

9.6. If the Buyer fails to collect goods from parcel lockers or refuses courier delivery, the goods will not be re-shipped until additional shipping costs are paid.

9.7. Goods are delivered once for the specified delivery price.

9.8. If the Buyer fails to collect goods from a courier or parcel locker within the specified time, the Buyer must cover additional return costs to our warehouse:

  • Parcel locker return: EUR 6.00 excl. VAT
  • Refused courier delivery: EUR 24.79 excl. VAT

9.9. If the Buyer cancels the order after the goods have been prepared or shipped, an additional parcel preparation and packing fee of EUR 12.40 excl. VAT applies and must be paid by the Buyer.


10. Returns

10.1. Quality goods may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. Defects in defective goods are remedied, and defective goods are replaced or returned in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

10.2. Returned goods must comply with the following conditions:

10.2.1. The returned goods must be in their original and tidy packaging (except for defective goods);

10.2.2. The goods must not be damaged by the Buyer;

10.2.3. The goods must be unused and retain their commercial appearance: labels intact, protective films not removed, etc. (except for defective goods);

10.2.4. The returned goods must include all original components received by the Buyer (except for defective goods);

10.2.5. The Seller has the right to refuse returned goods if return conditions have not been followed;

10.2.6. Returns must be made within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the goods (except for defective goods covered by statutory warranty periods).

10.3. Returns and exchanges of quality goods are carried out in accordance with Article 6.22810(1) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

10.4. Refunds for returned goods are transferred to the Buyer’s account within 5 (five) days from the date the goods are returned to the Seller unless otherwise agreed.

10.5. The Buyer is responsible for shipping goods to warranty service centres. The Seller does not compensate shipping costs or arrange courier collection for warranty service.

10.5.1. Technically sound goods returned by the Buyer are returned at the Buyer’s expense unless otherwise agreed with the Seller.


11. Final Provisions

11.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

11.2. These Terms and any legal relations between the Parties are interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

11.3. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

11.4. The Parties shall be released from liability for failure to fulfil obligations under these Terms if such failure is caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Parties (Force Majeure).
