The YATO YT-99730 is a direct-fired gas heater. Combustion products are released into the heated space, and oxygen is consumed during operation. Therefore, the heater must only be used where adequate continuous ventilation and fresh air supply are provided in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

The heater is not suitable for residential living spaces, sleeping areas, or unventilated enclosed spaces. Its IPX4 rating provides protection against water splashes under the applicable test conditions but does not permit immersion or unrestricted operation in wet environments.
